you guys are hella rude like i’m literally just calling in for my grandma and all you guys need to fix your attitude. ain’t no way yall laughing on the side as im on the call….

Been trying for 3 days to book an appointment with Dr Nan Ning Chang, a cardiologist. Nobody answers. I waited 30 minutes!! They only put you on hold! Should patients wait for an hour more? Ridiculous! Does the management know about what the front desk are doing to this business? This facility should close! Not helpful!

Coming here for a consult for my grandma. Appointment time is scheduled at 4::00pm and we come on time, waited for 1 hour to get registered and triaged, then wait for another 1.5 hours to see the doctor. The whole appointment process is slow and inefficient. All the nurses and front desk are gone and we are still sitting on the hallway waiting to be called. Imaging a 90 year's old lady who sit on the wheelchair for more than 2 hours to see a doctor for 10 mins. Unbelievable...I'm a nurse and I worked for different clinical settings. This is a worst clinic I have ever seen. If you can't handle that many patients, dont double book/triple book your appointments.

The doctor is great. The front desk, though, is very sad. The person I spoke to boldly flaunted an urban accent while quietly swallowing critical T’s, turning “would” vs. “wouldn’t” into a suspense thriller. This was further compounded by some creative misuse of conjunctions. All of this happened after I specifically asked to speak with a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member. Maybe speak slower? It will help both of us.

I understand delays happen, but no one informed me or checked on me , This made me feel uncomfortable and unhappy.
