I absolutely love this facility and I’ve been coming here for years since I’ve been old enough to go to an ob-gyn. The doctors I’ve had were incredibly friendly, especially Dr. Grant. This location is easy to get to, the facility is quaint and comforting. I prefer this location to their Great Neck location.

I'd like to point out that almost every negative review is about Northwell Health and not this practice, the doctors, or staff. Dr. Rubin is amazing. I started seeing her four years ago. I would continue to see her even if I moved to the 'burbs or another borough. The staff is always very professional, friendly, and helpful. I couldn't recommend this practice more.

I’m honestly not sure why this place has such poor reviews — my experience was nothing but positive. I visited in the morning and there was only one other person waiting. Vanessa, the front desk representative, was kind and professional. Daudry, the medical assistant, was equally sweet and professional. After changing, I waited maybe five minutes before seeing my physician, Dr. Patel. She asked all the right questions, provided helpful education, and clearly explained the next steps in my health journey goals. The office was clean and provided hand sanitizers everywhere Before leaving, I was given a contact list of nearby imaging locations and detailed instructions on how to book. Overall, the process was smooth, efficient, and easy. Also the appt reminder notifications leading up to my appt were extremely helpful.

Went there for women's wellness annual check for the first time but received an over $100 bill because I asked the doctor one question "My period is getting heavier, is that normal?" According to the biller -- "Questions are not covered by women's wellness check, which only includes pap smear & breast exam. Any question asked will lead to additional charge." Have NEVER heard this from any other GYN offices. The biller even said "I totally understand, but the insurance company doesn't allow us to under bill". Look if you want to be greedy, at least have the guts to own it.

Dr. Rubin whom I saw once for an annual check up is great, no complaints. However, Northwell is run poorly. I had serious issues with another Northwell physician practice - the doctor was great but the support was horrific. And impossible to get in touch with any patient relations personnel. I called today to schedule an annual checkup. After 20 minutes on hold, I was told that they don't have my insurance on file, even though I am an existing patient, and refused to schedule an appointment before I fax a copy of my insurance card. Their manager "was gone for the day." I will be looking for a new doctor.
