very kind and attentive staff! my nail tech did an amazing job and recreated my inspo perfectly, even though it was a pretty complex design. i love how they turned out, they’re sooo cute! my favorite is the little cat, which is why i had to add a close up photo ≽^•⩊•^≼ highly recommend!! ˚⟡˖ ࣪
The service here was amazing! I emailed them for a quote and received a response very quickly. They also gave great suggestions on what style I should get for bridal nails. Nicole did my nails. I got gel extensions, cat eye nails with some gems. The nails came out absolutely incredible. It looks so nice in person photos doesn’t do it justice!
Exceptional service with my gel x nail extensions French! I am in love with it! Both pedi and mani, will be my go to spot!
Came here for the first time after seeing good reviews on Google. I had my nails removed and got a new set of extension. The nail tech hurted my nails three times while removing it, after I pointed that out she started saying that my last tech made my nails too thin…. But I had never had such bad experience when someone remove my nails, and I had manicures so many times. Then the finished nails were pretty terrible as shown on the pictures. I asked about fixing them and she did her best I guess and I end up with nails that look very unprofessional. To make things worse, few weeks forward and I am removing my nails, found out I have this greenish color on my thumb nail, which looks like infection.
I ended up walking out of the salon without getting anything done because they cut my nails extremely short. Photos attached. Why would anyone cut nails this short without specifying the length? When I called to make the appointment, I clearly stated that I wanted a gel manicure. I was asked if I wanted extensions and I explicitly said no. I also sent a photo of the design I wanted, which was very simple. At the appointment, my nail tech did not speak English. That in itself is fine, but it clearly contributed to what happened. My nails were uneven in length, and when she asked “cut nail?” I said “yes, even them out to be similar lengths.” Instead, she proceeded to cut them extremely short and even cut my shortest nail down to the base. In hindsight, I should have stopped her sooner, but I was confused and didn’t realize how short she was cutting them until it was too late. She was mumbling something, and I eventually realized she was saying “extensions.” I stopped her when she started on my other hand and I saw how short my nails had become. The receptionist then translated and told me they couldn’t do my design without extensions. However, at every other salon I’ve been to, this is communicated before any cutting is done. Instead, they unilaterally decided I would need extensions and then cut my nails so short that I would be forced into getting them. I reiterated that when I made the appointment, I asked for gel only and no extensions. Despite this, she kept trying to persuade me to get extensions, which I refused. I explained that I have a firm rule against extensions because they are not good for nail health. My nails already struggle to recover from regular gel manicures, and I don’t want to stress them further. She continued to insist the design wasn’t possible without extensions, which should have been communicated upfront so I could have chosen a different design. I simply wanted an ombre, which I’ve done at other salons with short nails. If they lack the expertise to do that, that should also have been communicated. She also said almond shape wasn’t possible because my nails were too short - again, something that could have been discussed before cutting. I would have been fine with any shape as long as we could do the ombré. All of this was explained to me after my nails were already cut, seemingly in an attempt to force me into extensions. TLDR - I clearly stated I did not want extensions. They decided otherwise, cut my nails extremely short without proper communication, and then tried to pressure me into extensions. Communication is severely lacking. Clients should be told in advance if extensions are required and how much length will be removed. I have a major event this weekend and now have no nails. I have NEVER cut my own nails this short before unless they were severely damaged… They are so short that there’s nothing I can realistically do. I’ll have to polish them myself. Thanks for reading my essay. This was really upsetting for me, and I wanted to be thorough to warn others.
