Absolutely the best salon experience I’ve had in the NYC area! I booked an appointment with Adam, who took the time to carefully assess my hair texture and head shape before offering honest, thoughtful feedback on the style I wanted. As someone with coarse, straight Asian hair, I’ve often struggled to find stylists who understand how to work with it but Adam executed the layers perfectly with precision and care. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, even if you don’t speak Chinese. Highly recommend!

I am very picky person but Hugo is an excellent hairstylist. He is very patient and listen to my needs. He is also an expert in coloring and haircut. Trust me. You will never regret to haircut or color done by him. The service is worth every penny.

I had a hair cut with Adam on Oct 25 in the afternoon. After I told him I need to get to a friend’s wedding dinner later that night, he made quick work of my hair and even did some styling. They washed my hair before and after the cut. Great service and very professional! The cost was just under $40 for men’s cut, but I had to tip for the great service. Would definitely go again.

Highly recommended—10 out of 10! I came in for a full makeover, including extensions, and they truly delivered. My hair was very damaged from a previous salon, but they walked me through everything and made sure my hair stayed healthy. The extensions blend perfectly and look so natural—you honestly can’t tell. They were very upfront about pricing with no hidden or surprise charges, which I really appreciated. Everyone was so friendly and sweet and made the whole experience comfortable and fun. I got a haircut with Adam at N+ salon and would recommend to anyone who’s thinking of getting a layered short haircut. He took his time and was detail oriented, and the results were exactly what I was looking for. The store front is in the basement and you need to enter through the stairs that’s to the right of the mall that the address points to. The pricing was affordable and very reasonable.
