One of the best massage places I've come across in NYC. I've been 5-6 times now and never been disappointed despite never requesting the same massage therapist. I accidentally booked the wrong service for my appointment yesterday and they were able to accommodate switching me without issue. Lovely staff- amazing experience- worth every penny.

I was visiting from California and had the most amazing experience at Nuansa Spa! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. They even picked me up from the elevator, which made the experience more personable. One detail that really stood out was the fresh flowers in the bathroom, it added such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. My treatment was incredible and my therapist was highly skilled. She made sure the service was to my liking, from the aromatherapy to the soothing music, everything was carefully curated. Oh and the chocolates they offered WITH a glass of champagne was definitely the cherry on top. I highly recommend, 10/10.

I had such a wonderful experience at this spa. I received a facial, body scrub, scalp massage, and body massage, and I left feeling completely refreshed and renewed. The entire experience was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing from start to finish. The price was absolutely worth it for the level of care and attention I received. The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and I truly felt cared for the entire time. They even surprised me with a lovely little birthday treat, which made the experience feel extra special. I highly recommend this spa if you’re looking for a calming, high-quality experience where you can truly unwind. I’ll definitely be back.

This is the perfect way to end a day in the busy-overly-stimulating city of New York! Especially if you’ve been out and about the entire day. My masseuse’s name was Sue and she has hands of an angel! Literally one of the best massages I have had in my life. The spa itself is cozy and warm; don’t expect the highest level of luxury, again this is a spa in the middle of the city. It is definitely becoming a New York ritual.

Initially, I was a bit sad because the concierge team informed me that the time I wanted for my service was fully booked. However, the very next day, they followed up with a call to let me know that someone had canceled and asked if I was still interested in coming. This thoughtful gesture truly showed their dedication to accommodating their clients and ensuring a great experience. Once I arrived, the service exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The ambiance was serene and luxurious, providing the perfect setting to unwind. My treatment was absolutely wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. The cost here is very reasonable, comparing to other luxurious treatment in Manhattan. I’ve been to many other places , but the service here exceeds other places. I love deep tissue massage with a lot of pressure and they provided me with the exact what I needed. It’s rare to find such great service while great cost these days, I highly recommend Nuansa Spa and can’t wait to return for another visit!
