I can't say enough about NY Brite. From the excellent communication, response and the superb job the cleaners did on my unit there is no reason to go anywhere else. True Professionals at a fair price!!

I have been using NY Brite for nearly 30 yrs. In that time they have always done an excellent job, and if the cleaning person is not available they get someone else to clean and send a supervisor to show them what is wanted so that is done the way you want it.

This is the second time we used NY Brite post-construction - and I only have wonderful things to say! They're fast, efficient and friendly. I can't recommend them enough.

We were very disappointed by our move in cleaning. There were cobwebs and visible dust bunnies all over the apartment. Shelves in our kitchen were completely untouched. Windows, which had been explicitly discussed, were given a cursory wipe if anything. Being busy with the move, we left the cleaners alone - they claim that two people did 4 hours of work here, I would hazard that what we got for $450 was a rough vacuuming and a wipe down of counters. It was truly awful walking in the next day and realizing that I had hours of cleaning to do after spending that much money.
