Went to get several boxes of documents shredded and the guy there was extremely polite and helpful. Helped me get it all out of my car and had it all weighed and stored for shredding in 10 minutes. I couldn't have been happier with the service.

No more fighting with UPS and Fedex for not buzzing my door, for not delivering packages to my building. Now I don’t have to go to JFK to get DHL packages for not being home at the day of delivery. Mailbox center solved this problem that was so annoying to me. Now all my packages accepted by Lev or his colleague, and I can pick them up at my convenience. Great service, amazing pricing!

I went there today. The person at the counter was quick and very helpful. I realized I made a mistake after I left so I called. He answered right away and was also helpful on the phone. I didn't love the price but I was doing expedited shipping to pretty far away so...

On google maps it was said that facility opens at 9am, but in fact it opens 9:30 (written with market on piece of paper and hanged on the front door). So I was late for work. 9:45 nobody showed up. Terrific. My reason to come here because USPS returned my parcel to sender because my address doesn't exist (!) despite that fact that the house was built in 80's and it is on maps like forever. F you, USPS.

I regret Google don’t have zero star for rating. Very rude customer service. Very RUDE! I was disappointed. Never come back. NEVER!
