I’ve only been going to NY Med for a month now, and I must say They’re some amazing people not only worked tirelessly to get me the care I needed, but also made me feel so comfortable and safe in the process. I will give a special shout out to Nigel Ragoobar, 🙌His professionalism, care, and encouragement towards the patients are beyond expectation. I’m really happy with the service they provide and I absolutely love the staff🫶🏽 Thank you NY Med!

This by far a great place to receive physical therapy treatment and doctor care. Everyone treats you with respect and the with the utmost care. This place is clean, the staff are all professional and there is never a wait for physical therapy. From the time you enter the door, the receptionist desk greet you with smiles and the readiness to assist. I love this place and will always recommend others to receive treatment at this facility.

If you’re looking for physical therapy services, please don’t hesitate to utilize NY MED. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They move with urgency when it comes to their patients, and will go above and beyond to help you in whatever way needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy, and worker’s compensation cases.

Location is convenient near transportation, stores, limited parking sometimes free,but plenty on street, the facility is on the first floor right next to NYU Med on Austin St, Registering its easy, the ladies there are very helpful and friendly, very welcoming place, the physical therapy staff helpful and knowledgeable, it's a small place but gets the job done, does need a little upgrade with the machines but over all very clean.
