NYBBC Taekwondo Martial Arts School

I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to say that this school is a great find! The ethos is amazing, and a perfect balance of discipline and nurturing. My son has been attending classes now for 3 months and he LOVES IT！Mastrt Shin is amazing and he not only teach TKD skills but also life skills such as discipline, perseverance, and respect. I am so happy that my kid is here, there's no place better!

NYBBC Taekwondo Martial Arts School is an excellent place for kids to learn and grow. The instructors (Master Shin) are not only knowledgeable and skilled in martial arts, but they are also patient and caring with their students. My child has gained so much confidence, discipline, and respect since joining NYBBC. The classes are well-organized, engaging, and fun, making it easy for kids to stay motivated and look forward to coming back each week. The school does a great job of creating a positive and supportive environment where every student is encouraged to do their best. I highly recommend NYBBC Taekwondo to any parent looking for a quality martial arts program for their child!

Joining NYBBC has been one of the best decisions I've made. From the first class, the energy, discipline, and community spirit stood out. My two children have been learning Taekwondo with Master Shin for many years. Here, they not only learn Taekwondo but also practice proper etiquette. Master Shin is very dedicated, carefully organizing various activities to strengthen the connection between the school and families. The kids enjoy learning, and as parents, we feel satisfied.

I only give it 2 stars because the lady in the office is a extremely rude. The instructors are very attentive and nice to the children, no complaints about that. As far as that lady she needs to reconsider if this is the right job for her. She made me rethink my decision about PAYING (she should keep in mind we are paying for a service and not getting a free service) for these classes. She’s very difficult to speak to and I truly hope this is not a race based issue. I will look into reporting her to someone or transferring elsewhere. Not to add that she did NOT tell us we had a contract with the school and the contract was signed by God knows who on our behalf.
