Today I received a devastating call from my elderly mother. Her feline companion of 20 yrs finally was called up to kitty heaven. My mother who lives alone didn’t have anyone to assist her with properly removing socks her cat. I made several phone calls from my home state of MD and finally found these guys. They was quick to assist and once payment was done they schedule for same day pick. A bit on the high side but well worth it. At least my mother doesn’t have to sit there with her disease animal wondering what to do with it,because there is no way she would just toss him like trash. We will miss you Socks, greatest cat ever.

This service was great. Oliver checked around my home and in my shed and set a trap and the raccoon was caught within the hour and humanly dealt with. Mike is also super helpful and friendly I def. Recommend strongly if you have an animal that needs relocation

Just called to report a cat I saw outside in freezing conditions (2 degree weather) I explained the cat looked like it needs help and the person hung up on me as soon as I explained that there's a cat in need. Abhorrent and unprofessional behavior, he should have at least responded courteously and explain that this is not something you they handle

I contacted this company seeking emergency guidance for my cat, who was vomiting worms and may have ingested poisoned roaches. I am a minor and cannot pay for a vet. The employee I spoke with was dismissive and judgmental, saying, “Why do you have a cat if you can’t afford a vet?” and hung up on me. Later, he texted more deflective and unprofessional responses, trying to intimidate me instead of offering guidance. This behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and not acceptable for anyone seeking help, especially minors in urgent situations. I hope management reviews staff training on how to communicate respectfully and provide assistance when people reach out in emergencies.
