I'm not a doctor or medical professional but I feel that the treatment that I received from Kings County and Bellevue Hospitals were Five-Star. I was there from the 1st of February to February 13th 2026. I believe that they put me on the path of improving my life with corrective surgery and exceptional after-care treatment.

We had a great experience. There’s this staff from dental department who has the same birthday of my daughter she’s very nice and gentle to kids. All medical staff are very accommodating made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. They arranged our future schedule efficiently. Doctor is so kind and so concerned with my daughter’s situation. Educate me and explained me clearly and give me the best advise for my child’s dental treatment. The hospital is clean and well systematic . I highly recommend

This time I visited Bellevue hospital because I needed to make sure how I was doing with ITU symptoms. I finished my 2nd treatment and days later I was uncomfortable. Taking good advantage my son went to see his dad, after few trips back and forth I was able to show up. After I was seeing by doctor then nurse, it was okay, that nurse was a male named Marco in E.R., he's 👍 good!. After 2 hours I was starving and feeling dizzy. I asked a volunteer guy for a vending machine, instead he offered me some foods, Another nurse refused that offer, then nurse Marco came in with kindness gave me a sandwich 🥪, . Diabetes patients should be treated kindly, all patients deserve it but Diabetes patients are more delicated. 1st and 2nd doctors I saw, they were good 👍. But that nurse who refused to assist me, God have mercy on him, people are heart hardened and heartless. Now for that nurse Marco, I wish all blessings 🙌 🙏 ❤️ , now and always. He should be head of all nurses. His performance was outstanding, it was great, it was excellent, it was good 👍 👏.

My partner suffered a massive stroke a month ago and was brought to Bellevue ICU neuro dept . That department saved his life . I am forever grateful and was thoroughly impressed with staff attending to him there . I also like that visiting hours on that floor is 24/7. Then he was moved to a stroke floor was there for about 2 weeks but I really didn’t like the vibe there . Then he was moved to the 6th floor physical therapy and all the PCA’s were so attentive and caring to his needs . I felt confident with him being there . I can’t remember all their names but Segura was wonderful !! Excellent bedside manner . My only issue is the PT team working with him thought it be best for him to be transferred to a sub acute nursing home because he wasn’t interacting with them during PT . He just had a stroke he’s not 100% and I felt they just gave up on him too quickly. That really bothered me . The only reason I gave 4 stars is because as mentioned Bellevue saved his life and the PCA’s God bless them all . They were the best!

I liked the mental health care here they made my stay interesting. However, I felt it was an awkward experience and I didn't understand the culture. The other patients were often times annoying and they were allowed to insult or ridicule other patients lol how is that therapeutic? I understand they're sick but so am I. I'm not a doctor but there's a point you let people go to another more permanent hospital. I'm sorry it's a hard decision I guess and it's not my place. Best of luck to all I just wanted to give my view. Again, culture is subjective but more importantly I felt Bellevue didn't want me there and my record shows. They accept everyone else though. I just thought that was interesting alas be well and take care.
