Grooming Review ! I’ve had my labradoodle for two years now and I’ve tried two other groomers in Astoria in the beginning and by far Jenn (@itsgroomsbyjenn) has been the BEST ! When she switched locations we had to follow her to her new spot. Not only does Jenn listen to how you want your fur baby’s cut, she is also the sweetest person I’ve met. I have never left disappointed after a cut, it has always been perfect. Even when I tell her not to cut the tip of my dogs tail “fur” she listens (white tip on tail). I can easily trust her by leaving my little one with her. If I can give more than 5 stars I would !

NYC Pet Services is the best daycare and boarding a pet parent could ask for. We had to leave our six month old puppy for the first time, and he had such a blast at boarding - receiving updates and photos multiple times each day made me feel so much less anxious, and I was so happy to see he was having such a good time. He made so many friends, and is so happy - he loves daycare so much! Everyone who works here is so wonderful, and truly cares about your pet - highly, highly recommend for anyone looking to leave their baby at the best daycare or boarding place.

I have followed Jenny from another grooming place because that’s just how good she is. My dog is not the most easy to work with and Jenny puts him at ease and I think he’s finally starting to come around to the whole grooming thing. It feels so good to know that when I leave my dog is in the best hands. Super affordable and she’s so quick! Definitely recommend. I’ve included a before and after below :)

Most affordable daycare in Astoria and worth it! They even plan a schedule like a child daycare! Staff sends photos and gives important updates on those days/times that you can't be with your pup. Hoping eventually for that puppy streaming service to check in, but until then, this will have to do :)

Highly recommend NYC Pet Services! I boarded my two dogs - my little senior Shih Tzu and my energetic Doodle rescue puppy - for four nights for the first time. I received frequent photo updates each day and the team was incredibly communicative. The team even gave them both a bath before pickup. My dogs been snoozing since getting home - a tired dog is a happy dog! I’ll definitely be using their boarding and daycare services in the future!
