NYC Pre-licensing 5 Hour Class (MV-278)

This is a scam. Do NOT give them your money. It is impossible to use, they log you out every few minutes and they do not respond to requests for help as the live chat window keeps closing as soon as you open it, they do not respond to calls or emails. I will be reporting them and fighting to get my money back. Shameful!

I signed up for the 5 pre licensing course online. On the sign up portion, I filled in the billing information and got charged $49. I tried to sign in with the same username and password I used to sign up and nothing. I tried to reset password and username and no email back. Got charged and Im filing for a refund

They expect you to repurchase their course if you get locked out for whatever reason. This is an unfair business practice and they refuse to change it so they can make more money! Please look elsewhere if you need the 5-hour class.

I had a zoom call for 5 pm and payed $70 dollars and they didn't tell me the link to join the chat or anything and kept the money
