NYC Retina - Queens

Great experience. I called office for emergency visit. Without hesitation they said, come in right away. The office was very crowded, but moved so efficiently almost shocking for having no appointment I was taken every fast as well as other patients, they were that organized. . The staff was amazing, helpful so polite just great explained everything. I was taking in for all tests by very good techs, also polite and explained everything about the test After that i went back to waiting area and than I was called in by doctor to go over my tests. Thank goodness was not a torn retina. He gave me signs of what to look for and made followup appointment for 6 weeks. I can not recommend this office more highly. 5 plus stars

What a fantastic group of doctors and staff! I had a major crisis, they made time for me every day this week. This group of doctors really care about the patients. It's worth the wait to know you are getting individualized care. Staff is friendly and understanding. Highly recommend!!

Had a wonderful experience with this office! My husband had a worrisome issue with his eye. I called the office before 7:00 a.m. and got an immediate response. Dr. Feistmann saw us right away. He was compassionate, thorough and professional. Excellent service.

Dr. Julia Schuman performed a vitrectomy in January 2023 due to a small tear in my right Retna. The surgery was a success and now it is May 2025 and everything is well with my site. Dr. Shulman is kind, caring and a very skilled surgeon. I have and will continue to recommend her to others that are having problems with their site as I had. The staff at NYC retina Queens are also very nice and professional. You usually only have a 15 minute wait before you are seen.

I called NYC Retina in late afternoon due to emergency situation. Doctor Feistmann rushed to the clinic in Queens from Manhattan. I was deeply touched. The care I received was exceptional. The doctor listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic was friendly and displayed a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend NYC Retina for their excellent service and expertise.
