Buying a co-op for the first time is never stress-free, but working with Novica made it the best experience it could be. While our bank process was extremely challenging, Novica helped us navigate every other aspect of the purchase with incredible efficiency and support. He was highly responsive, knowledgeable, and very well-connected in the area, which made a huge difference.
