Great customer service... I had a 50 pound package in my car that I couldn't bring in myself and the guy inside helped me with everything, from filling out forms to packaging my box. My car was also double parked and he told me to watch the car and come back in 10 minutes while they fill out the custom forms for me. They're super kind and friendly! Highly recommend this place to all :)

They replied to my mom very quickly. The package arrived at it’s destination in Shantou within 2-weeks

I'm at a loss for words. I wouldn't recommend this store due to their exorbitant charges. It's disappointing when businesses don't value transparency and fair pricing. It's frustrating that despite my box weighing just 8.5kg, I was charged for an extra 6.5kg based on volume calculations of 15kg. They keep saying my items take up a lot of space, but charging me 6.5kg extra for just a box seems excessive. I'd like to know the cost breakdown – how much does a box actually weigh, and what's the cost? Without clear explanations, it's hard to trust their pricing. It's disappointing when businesses prioritize profit over providing clear explanations and fair pricing to their customers. It undermines trust and leaves customers feeling taken advantage of. Really want my money back

Been waiting two months now for my two packages, and all they keep telling me is that they're sorry!! And please be patient!! I was hoping they stood by their 2 to 4 weeks shipping rule, but that didn't happen!! I ordered these two packages back in the beginning of March 📦 hoping to give them to my mother as a gift 🎁 on Mother's day!! But that never happened, because Mother's day has came and well gone now!!😠😡

Still waiting for my package after 4 month sea shipping. But that is not the main reason for one star, the customer service is the worst that shows not patience or willing to help at all. I hope the owner can do something about it. I will update in a few weeks see if I heard back from them.
