My first time there was really good I couldn’t understand some words they were saying in Chinese but overall it was good my hair turned out well my friend recommended me this salon

If you are new to this place. They will do their best to pair you with a hair stylist, it could be a hit or miss. I normally don't ask for a specific hair stylist because I want to be serviced asap without waiting for too long. But if you plan to come back again, you will need to tell them what you want and see if they can understand your needs and maybe you find a stylist you like for the future.

My son loved having hair cut here. The lady was very patience and professional and she cut my son’s hair nicely. The price is reasonable. Their staff had their masks on and required customers to keep the masks on during the cut. They offered new masks to customers once hair cut is done. The floor was a bit messy with all the hair though.

Absolutely horrible. Definitely avoid this one. I’ve specifically told the stylist not to cut my hair short but just trim the split ends. She went ahead and cut 3 inches and asked me if it was okay. I couldn’t see because I did have my glasses on that day. She then cut my bangs short as well, no style no structure and no design, completely ruined my bangs. I left without checking because I was in a hurry (she kept recommending me to do a hair spa or whatever) Now I feel terrible about this and cry in my room for an hour. I have prom and graduation coming up and I genuinely freaking hate this hair salon. I don’t understand how hard it is to follow instructions given by customers. I had hair to my lower waist which I told her in the beginning that I wanted to keep, and now I only have it down to my upper chest. Definitely AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COST

worst haircut of my life. i told her to trim the ends but she cut of all my hair until it was a bob.I also got my hair curled but the way they did it was very unprofessional. i could’ve don’t it better. so if you don’t want to hate your hair don’t go to that salon
