Dr. Kevin Singh is an outstanding optometrist. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. He took the time to thoroughly explain my exam results, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I never felt rushed, and his attention to detail really stood out. The office runs smoothly and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the overall experience even better. I highly recommend Dr. Singh to anyone looking for exceptional eye care—you can tell he truly takes pride in what he does.
I’m writing to express my disappointment with the treatment I received during my visit to your office today. The staff, including both the receptionist and other employees, were extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked for assistance. In particular, one employee — a heavier-set woman with curly hair who appears to be of Hispanic/Spanish background — refused to provide her name when I asked. Instead, she and the others found it amusing and laughed among themselves, which was very disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable as a patient. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, and I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately to ensure future patients don’t experience the same behavior.
I give them 1 stars because I bin coming here for about 3 years. I had to do a walk in for my eye in February of last year everything was good pay my copy of $35.00 got my eye also. I had a eye appointment for me and my daughter in December 5th 2025 and did the same pay my $35 ×2 for me and my daughter. I was having problem with my eyes being that I have diabetes I was very worried . I turned out to be that I have cracks in my eyes. So the doctor prescribe me a eye drop that needed a PA Prior authorization. My pharmacy send them the office so much request to do the PA. I also call about 3 times all they tell me they are working on it someone will get back to me . No one did, about few weeks later my insurance call me to ask if I need the eye drop . I said yes I bin waiting for the PA to go true. The insurance tell me that the office did start my PA but they were supposed to send a picture if my eyes to them for it to be approve. So I call and tell someone in the office my insurance need more information from them for them to pay for my eye drop. The girl that answered the phone tell me that she's going to the office manager with my request. So did and the PA went through the same day. I got my eye drop 3 weeks after my appointment. I am happy I got it so my eyes could get better. This was my eyes but I guess it not important to them . Now we in January I got a call from someone in the office telling me that I have to pay my office bill for both me and my daughter $420 for me and $250. for my daughter. So I ask why I tell the girl that I pay my copy the same day. Why I have to pay this bill. So she said to me the doctor you see in not in the network of your plan. So I say bill a doctor that is in the network from your office so said they do not any doctor to bill. I was getting so upset and she tell me I going to see what I could do for you and I will call you back. She did call back with a price change of $180 for me and $150 for my daughter I was not going to pay not 1 dime . So I tell her I going to call my insurance and get back to her. I did my insurance tell me that there office stop taking my plan blue cross HPA plan as of September 2025 and the office should let me know and not take my copy at the time of the visit. I am not going to pay this bill this was not my fault that the ppl that is working at the desk do not know how to do there job the right way. I will like for someone a manager to get back to me. I hope they are not doing this to anyone one else.
The doctors at this location are absolutely amazing caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for some of the front desk staff and technicians. Not all, but the two of the Hispanic/Spanish background employees have shown clear bias and treated patients of color, especially elderly individuals from the Caribbean community, with a lack of respect and compassion. Their are RACIST! This is not the first time I have witnessed this unbelievable horrific incident! It’s heartbreaking to see seniors, some in wheelchairs or unable to walk well, being spoken to or handled poorly. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting. It feels like this location takes advantage of a community that trusts and depends on them. Wait time is 2hr or more it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not! Upper management really needs to investigate what’s happening here and pay attention to the many complaints in the reviews. There is no clear way to contact anyone directly, which makes it even more frustrating for patients who deserve to be heard. Until things change, I encourage the community to consider taking their business to a place where they’ll be treated with the respect and dignity every patient deserves.
It takes forever to reach a representative over the phone. I spent several days calling multiple times with no success. I needed something urgent, yet the doctor did not address it in a timely manner. The staff said they left a note for the doctor to complete an authorization for my medication, but there was no sense of urgency regarding my medical care. This lack of responsiveness and concern for patients is very disappointing.
