Dr.Jue is a wonderful doctor. She is very knowledgeable with her work and a very competent surgeon. She did many of my friends and family cataract surgery and they all went well. Dr.Jue is very understanding and would only do what’s best for her patients. Impeccable and clean service!

I had my cataract surgery on my right eye on April 28 2025 and my left eye on June 3 2025 performed by Dr.Andrea Jue. Now I can see things very clearly. Dr.Jue is an excellent ophthalmologist. She explained all the details before surgery and answered all my questions clearly and sometimes in humorous way. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the professional services. Dr. Jue is the eye surgeon for my entire family. My grandmother was very nervous and hesitant to proceed with cataract surgery until we came into contact with Dr. Jue. Now my grandmother no longer needs glasses because of Dr. Jue.

Dr. Jue excels in treating difficult cases. My mother was presented as a most challenging case. She has small eyes, glaucoma, and a mature, hard, and dense cataract. Dr. Jue explained the complexity of the case and took the time to answer all our questions . Dr Jue also made sure we understood the risks and benefits of the surgery. Through the use of the femtosecond laser, Dr. Jue performed a beautiful surgery with zero complications. Dr. Jue was also successful in treating my mother's glaucoma through surgery, thus eliminating the need for nightly eye drops. Dr. Jue is as humble and down to earth as can be while instantly putting her patients at ease with her self-effacing humor. We are very grateful to Dr. Jue for restoring my mother's vision and privileged to have her as our doctor.

Horrible experience with Dr. Andrea Jue, the nurse, and staff. This doctor just wanted you to go in blind to do the procedure and get her payment without taking responsibility. Dr. Andrea Jue has no care for the patients, doesn’t want to explain anything, and if you ask questions, she and her nurse would give you an attitude and make you feel like you’re stupid for even asking questions about your own health. I made an appointment to do a procedure with Dr. Andrea Jue. As it involves my eyesight and have never experienced this before, I had some questions I wanted to ask the doctor directly before the procedure. I informed the nurse and she went and told the doctor that I didn’t want to do the procedure. Dr Andrea Jue then came in and her first words were “so you refused to do the procedure?” She was extremely impatient and gave me an attitude the whole time. I told her I just had some questions I wanted to ask her and wanted more clarification before proceeding. I barely got two questions in, before Dr Andrea Jue cuts me off and told me I should just get a third opinion and gave off the attitude that she wants me to get out of her sight. It was as if I was “wasting” her time. I told her I wanted to understand the procedure first and what side effects there are. She just wants me out. The whole exchange took less than 4 minutes. Then the front desk starts giving me an attitude and said I refused the procedure. I never had such an awful experience with a doctor and her staff before. If you go to Dr. Andrea Jue, you will be talked down to and be expected to shut up and go into the procedure blind.
