OFF-PEAK COFFEE

Quaint straight to the point shop with just a large, long beautiful green marble counter where you order and the drinks are made. They have one cool painting in the back on the left side of the wall. The menu is super unique with the different combination of flavors. I tried the salted yuzu dirty and the iced mango strawberry matcha. I loved both because neither was too sweet. The fruity mango foam almost tasted like a creamy mango gelato. The strawberry they used you can tell was a house made smashed strawberry puree and I enjoyed that it wasn’t too sweet and had small, not mushy, strawberry pieces. The flavors for the matcha blended perfectly- it’s like 2 drinks in 1- you start with the mango foam so you’re enjoying a mango matcha but then once that foam is gone you’re enjoying a strawberry matcha. The only thing I hated was the size they give was a little too small for me because half the strawberry puree was lost in all the ice and I couldn’t enjoy & finish it all. Overall I enjoyed the matcha because it was smooth, creamy and they were generous on the matcha amount + it was the right amount of milk. Most places get you because they put so much milk and you’re not even getting real matcha flavor so shout out to the team for the golden portion. The salted yuzu dirty was definitely unique but if you don’t like too much citrus with your caffeine, you should try something else. Overall I’d come back to get the other drinks and would recommend you check it out too!

Visited Off-Peak Coffee for the first time. Tried the Strawberry Mango Matcha and the Black Sesame Latte, both were excellent. It was my first time having a Strawberry Mango Matcha and I really enjoyed the balance of flavors; the matcha wasn’t overpowering at all. The black sesame foam was also delicious. Great quality for the price. Smaller space with no seating, takeout only. Would definitely visit again soon.

Beautiful Matcha spot located in flushing, Queens. Friendly staff, plenty of options on their menu for you and super clean. Drinks were amazing the strawberry mango Matcha was a 10/10 deff coming back.
