So I’ve been dropping off my laundry for a couple months now and so far so good… my clothing comes out smelling good and well folded. (Sometimes I pay for extras but it’s still very affordable) Michael is great, if you have any questions or any issues he’s very quick to resolve them, his customer service is top tier!

Great drop off service and excellent customer service that I can't find anywhere else in Queens! If you're looking for quality without breaking the bank, this laundromat is the place.

My go to spot for laundry! It’s so clean and they do an amazing job when you drop off the laundry! 6 months straight and not one issue! 💕

The attendant was emptying my laundry from the dryer as I was entering the laundromat to add more time to the machines. My laundry was not fully dry, and she just gave this goofy look when I told her. So now I have to wash everything over again because my clothes were literally on the floor, where people walk. Was my first time coming here and it will be my last time coming here, especially since the washing machines are overpriced (and out of the 3 loads using hot water, only 1 was warm) and for the attendant to be that sloppy and careless with other peoples clothes? I'll be returning to Mr. Bubbles, I only came here because it was closer.

Don't bother to come here! If you put the money in the wrong machine by accident and you go inform the lady they won't give you the money back. Her excuse was “Yo no tengo la llave” but at the end of the day, the money stayed for the laundry. Bad customer service. No pierdan su tiempo
