Have known and been dealing with John O'kane and his dad Jim for over 20 years. Highest praise for them. I drove John crazy over the years and he still has always worked as hard as he could to find me houses to rent as well as one to buy. I would not deal with any other agency ever.

Called me very nice and respectful but are deceitful. Tried to tell me nyc only has 1 year leases only and no one provides a 2 year lease anymore... meanwhile another broker was able to get me 2 apartments with 2 years and a renewal option... dont trust them
