I'm posting this 5 star review three years after Olga handled the sale of our condo in November 2022. I live out of New York state, and Olga handled everything. It took only one month from date of listing to signing a sales contract at our desired price. She is prompt and very knowledgeable. She handled the moving out of lots of furniture and many items. I highly recommend Olga...she will do her best.

My wife and I hired Olga to sell our recently renovated coop in December 2023. Hiring Olga was the best decision we made as her unique combination of deep local market expertise, professionalism and persistence is what allowed us to successfully sell our unit very close to our original asking price. From the first time we met Olga, she came highly prepared educating us about the recent transactions in our building and neighborhood. She patiently explained differences in pricing based on layout, renovation, and market trends to support her pricing recommendation. Unlike other brokers who may list the unit at the owner’s desired price, Olga was very firm with her recommendations on pricing given her experience and the depth of her research. What impressed us was that every time Olga presented us with a buyer, the price was almost exactly at asking price with very little negotiation. Olga also recommended mortgage bankers to prospective buyers based on their experience with our specific building and successfully approved transactions. Her experience and expertise really sets her apart from many real estate agents. With regards to her professionalism, Olga has been a true partner over the last 1.5 years. She would always proactively update us every 1-2 weeks on the activity with our unit regarding showings, discussions with other brokers / potential buyers or when presenting an offer. She created extremely professional marketing materials for our listing and aggressively marketed the property. She was also extremely professional in dealing with building management and helping us navigate the sales process based on the board’s requirements. Finally, she remained highly persistent and committed despite an extremely long and challenging sales process. Other brokers would have already given up on our property but Olga persevered and succeeded in selling our unit.
