Yesterday I had the most amazing experience at the Om Factory's Aerial Yoga class with Ting Ting and Gina. I went with my Book Club and boy did we have a time. The flow of the class was amazing and Ting Ting gave very clear and helpful instructions and Gina definitely was a great help providing me extra assistance with getting to some of the poses. 10/10 would recommend. And I woke up a little sore but not as sore as I thought I'd be lol. Its amazing what the body is capable of with a little guidance and the assistance of Aerial silks. Thanks again Om Factory team and thanks for taking our group picture as well we are grateful for the time spent and the memories.

Went to my first aerial yoga class ever today and had an absolutely amazing time! The entire class was friendly and welcoming. The work out was light hearted and fun while still being effective and challenging in the best way. Instructor Megan was super kind, joyful, helpful, and encouraging. Can’t wait to go back!!

This yoga studio is very relaxing and easy to find. My friend and I took Marisa's 10:15 a.m. class. Upon arrival, you are asked to remove your shoes and put them on the shoe rack by the door. Then, you have to check in by finding our name on the iPod screen. When you have checked in, you are asked to grab a mat and place it under the fabric of your choice. Once you pick a spot, the instructor will help measure the fabric and adjust it to your hip height. Before starting the class, Marisa asked for rings or bracelets to be removed as they could get stuck on the fabric and rip it. She also asked everyone to put their phones away, as there would be designated time for people to take videos or pictures. Marisa was very straightforward and welcoming, giving instructions before, during, and after the class. One of my favorite things about this class was that it was open to all levels. I’ve never done this before, but Marisa was lovely and motivating. Her willingness to help made me feel comfortable trying things I found difficult.

I had such a wonderful time during my sister’s birthday party class with Mae! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and encouraging (especially with our lively group of 18 amateurs who needed guidance into just about every pose). Despite the challenges, Mae kept the energy fun, positive, and empowering. Her warmth and attentiveness made the class feel welcoming and achievable for everyone. In fact, I had such a great time that I’m already planning to host my own birthday party at OM Factory and crossing my fingers that Mae will be our instructor again! I highly recommend booking a class with her for any special occasion or just to treat yourself.
