I recently brought my Canada Goose Parka jacket to Mark and his team for a simple alteration—just shortening the length—and they did an outstanding job! The jacket was originally a bit too long on me, dragging a little and not quite hitting the right proportion. I was hesitant about altering such a premium piece, but Mark understood exactly what I wanted: a cleaner, more tailored length without affecting the overall look, warmth, or functionality. The result is perfect. The new hem is seamless, perfectly even, and the stitching is flawless—you honestly can't tell it was altered. All the original details, including the pockets, drawcords, and fur trim, remain perfectly positioned and intact. Mark and his team were professional, attentive, and clearly experts at their craft. This is by far the best service I could have received. After calling multiple people about alterations to my wedding dress I was very frustrated! While most reviews skew on the side of hyperbole, this is not the case. Mark is fantastic Communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all, a master of his profession. A true testament of "you get what you pay for". If you want it done, done right AND feel like a million bucks after, you should absolutely come to him. No questions asked. This is perhaps the 3rd or 4th time I've seen him and I genuinely can't see myself going anywhere else for top notch tailoring. Bar none.
