ON7 Studio

On7studio definitely is a studio of choice to either book your classes or workout the classes they offer. I did flying yoga with them and had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place. The instructor was so amazing and I did things for the first time I have never did. This place is so amazing. Definitely should check it out.

ON7Studio truly deserves all the great ratings. The studio has an unbeatable ambient with its high ceiling, spacious floor and natural sunlight. It is clean and well kept for all sorts of group workouts. I was a newbie to instructor led workouts and am satisfied with my monthly pass after several weeks in. I felt improvements in my body coordination, balance and agility. Ari is my favorite instructor, I learned so much from her in pilate, body combat and mind and flow yoga. Her great energy, cheerful spirits and big smiles make all the difference that encourages me powering through. Besides that, I also enjoyed cardio dance classes with Lilian as it is always so much fun. Also a shout out to Amber who helped me set up and constantly communicate with customers for feedback and improvements. Updates: 4 months in, I’ve seen great improvements on my body. Now that I’ve tried most classes, I’m impressed by all the instructors and training programs. I never knew that I would enjoy yoga so much as I’m not flexible. It was all thanks to instructor Miao, AKA LadyYogaM. Her teaching style absolutely top notch and her training routine is so well constructed and fluid. She’s the reason many of us keep coming back to make our Tuesday night fulfilled. Friday Zumba with Bobby is another highlight for me. It’s the perfect start to weekend and I can’t express how happy I’m dancing together. I guarantee you always leave with a big smile. I also enjoy learning martial arts techniques from Nicole and feel powerful after body combat.

The instructor of the Dance Fusion class was very kind and accepting and made this class very fun to take! It’s a great workout with fun music and a phenomenal teacher. Loved it!

I had a great class with Lillian. She made the class fun and also engaging. Great and very kind teacher. I would highly recommend her class and other classes here. The studio is also great and has a spectacular view!

Went to my first class at ON7, Maggie’s aerial yoga class was so relaxing and enjoyable.l but also challenging (in a good way!) She was very helpful to get you into poses. I took a different aerial yoga class at another studio in flushing and this was by far my favorite. You get a few minutes at the end of the class to just hang in the ribbon and ground yourself. The venue and view is unbeatable as well! Would definitely recommend this studio to anyone interested in Aerial yoga. I may have to try some of their other classes. :)
