Absolutely delicious lychee bubble tea. I got mine with tapioca and mango jelly, it was perfectly refreshing.

I’ve been coming here for close to a decade and the drinks have always been consistently great, with kind and fast service. I usually make a mad dash here after waiting in the Wah Fung line and the owner is always courteous to let me eat outside food in his store, which he doesn’t have to do. There’s lot of chain options on this block (KFT, Molly a few steps away, etc) but I always come back here because the tea is great (I love the Oolong Peach!) and not corporate-backed. Three sets of tables and chairs to hang with friends and take a reprieve from the heat

After picking up shrimp rice rolls, conveniently went to the corner to pick up bubble tea. Clean, cozy & warm inside. I went for the cold coconut bubble tea. Menus are extensive and service was quick & friendly. Coconut flavor was delicious.
