They saved us. Had a super important conference. Our booth materials got lost in shipping and we showed up to this huge conference and we had nothing. They basically printed all of our booth materials and allowed us to set up in a matter of 2 hours.

The owner is asian guy but he speaks good English and very friendly.

I realized I needed to edit my business cards after I had already submitted my order. The layout was done very well and it was really easy to follow. There was even a link on how to edit my order after it was submitted and the greatest part was it was at no cost to me! Great customer service! Thank for the nice manager Hammer！

Bad attitude, unacceptable excuse

Beware of this shop! I had such a terrible experience with them. They don't deliver what was promised. I had printed booklets to sell but the cover of the book was in such poor quality that it cracks. The booklets were hand staples instead of machine, therefore the placement of each staple were all different. Due to the fact that some of these staples were not right in the center of the booklet, when you open the booklet the pages would rip and falls apart very easily. Not to mention that 95% of the booklets would crack on the cover as shown on the photo (and this one was one of the better copies). The material was terrible. We asked for them to reprint but they refused to and had the guts to try to push the responsibility on us saying how we asked for a rush job and didn't give them enough time. I'm sorry but I mentioned it from the start to when we needed the books and if they aren't able to get it done in time professionally, they shouldn't have accepted the job in the first place. This shows how much they care for quality. They even refused to give back the deposit, so now we're stuck with a box of un-useable booklets.
