OneVesta is an excellent property management company. We've had a number of property managers over the last few years and OneVesta is by far the best! The staff is friendly and helpful and all of them are a pleasure to work with. George B. is responsive to shareholders' requests and is very hands on. I am very happy that the co-op board selected them to oversee our building. Highly recommend!

Since One Vesta became my co-op's property management. I've had a very good experience with them., specially with Mike L. and Kalli Grigoropoulos, They always responds promptly to any requests that I have, made very fast to resolve any issues. Our complex is managed by OneVesta, and I’ve been dealing with roof, facade, and window leaks for the past two years. Despite the amount of interior damages, and being assured repeatedly by the management company that the issue would be resolved, there has been no progress or confirmation of any repairs. Until this issue is properly addressed or resolved, this rating will remain unchanged. Below are a couple of photos of how our bedroom has been for the past two years, conditions unchanged.
