I tried 3 other pt places before this and had really bad experiences, to the point I told my dr I was ready to just call it quits and get surgery. I'm a former college athlete rehabbing a shoulder injury to return to play and the level of care I received with Jonathan Jezequel at this location was just a step above everywhere else I'd seen. He grounded everything in scienctific explanations, really took time to understand where I was at and what my goals were, and I left the sessions feeling like I had learned something. Its been a couple months now and my recovery has really accelerated. Could not recommend enough

It is hard to put into words how thankful I am for the excellent care I received from Dr. Matthew Burns at Orthology. Dr. Burns is a wonderful and knowledgeable Physical Therapist. He was patient, encouraging, and pushed me beyond what I thought I could accomplish. Without him, I would not be where I am today. I am feeling stronger every day thanks to the personalized home exercises. I would highly recommend Dr. Burns and Orthology to anyone in search of excellent Physical Therapy. My sincere thanks goes out to him and I really appreciate all the help given to me.

Orthology is a place I can recommend. Its been a good experience for me. They have good hands that are professionals in what they do. I have had experience with another physical therapy where I was not getting any relief from my lower back pain but with Orthology the difference is clear compared to before. kudos to my physical therapist (Brittney Ravettine) and her team, good job guys.

Brittany Ravettine is a very knowledgeable physical therapist but has no people skills. On 11/25/ 25 I had an appointment with her and I was at end of a cold. She thought, I don’t know why, I had COVID 19. She treated me like a filthy animal. She put on rubber gloves and was deep on my back tights. She hurt me so much, and kept saying: “I have to attend Thanksgiving tomorrow.” Very sad experience!

Billing multiple "treatments" I assumed was all just part of the physical therapy but found out many things were not covered by insurance. Only found this out after multiple sessions leading to an astronomical bill. It looks like everyone else is having the same experience. I hope this warns future potential patients.
