My kitty gets well groomed here

Very clean and friendly pet grooming shop! I brought my cat here today, and the staff were so patient and gentle with every animal. You can really tell they care. I’ll definitely come back again!

I recently got my dog, Happy, groomed here and I am pretty satisfied with the service. The people in the front were kind and helpful. The grooming process was fast and efficient. After his groom, Happy looked really clean and cute!

We went today to get my cats nails trimmed. my 2 cats. The environment was very dirty and it was no way to run a business. There were dogs barking, even though it was supposed to be " quiet" the animals there were mistreated, especially rabbits who shouldn't be anywhere near cats or dogs, nor should they be in a cage. Worker was rude and told me to hold my cat even though that was why I came. to not hold my cat while trimming. It costed 23 dollars, and came out disappointed and angry. Will not be visiting again.

I went with my friend and the works were a little bit rude and then my friend wrote a review on how bad this place was and then they responded very rudely. The place was also very dirty. In the comment that you gave my friend you wrote that my friend was probable abusing her cat. My friend does not abuse her cat. If she did I would have called the police on her but she doesn’t. You shouldn’t make assumptions about her. Btw I would actually give it 0 stars.
