骗子，不要去这家商店 Racist Asian owner , greedy and money hungry. Will Ignore you try to chase you away. Once they get the money ,will act as if don’t understand English. Especially the cross eyed guy. Best to avoid this business Better to wait in lines in Dmv then go through this place. !!

Someone went to this place and identified somehow me which was not clearly and opened a registration and title in MY NAME !! Now I am dealing with this have my license suspended because you are not allowed to open a registration without the person actually being present would not go to this place as they clearly went against law and proper code of conduct .

Walked out feeling like I got jibbed. Got an invoice stating plate surrender service was included, but told me it's not. Had I known, I would've went to DMV myself.
