Best doctor ever! Dr. Santandreu has been my gynecologist since 2010—over 15 years now—and I truly can’t imagine going to anyone else. He’s not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly caring and attentive. He takes the time to listen, always makes me feel comfortable, and has guided me through every stage of womanhood, including delivering my daughter in 2017. His dedication to his patients is unmatched, and I’m so grateful to have him as my doctor.

I know Doctor Orlando Santandreu since 2010 he is a GREAT DOCTOR. I love him. The wait to see him its long than a regular doctor. But, Santandreau its not a regular Doctor He is the ONE. Positive, Caring and very knowledgeable. He is my Good Doctor. 🙏🏻🥰 God Bless him th3 Cuban Doctor in Town.

I can't believe this office charged my ins $403 when literally nothing was done for me here. What a waste of time and money. I normally wouldn't have gone to this clinic because neither Dr. Santandreu nor Dr. Vallejo saw me when I was admitted to LIJ FH. I was seen by Dr. Nilufar there. However, her clinic doesn't accept my insurance so I was referred to this affiliated clinic instead for followup work post my admission. I also came because i was told they could help me with my disability paperwork. The clinic did neither of the two things I specifically came for. I saw the physician assistant, nice enough lady who actually treated me one of the days I was admitted into the hospital, but she refused to help me with my paperwork and didn't order any urine test, bloodwork or any sonograms on my behalf. If I had known that no one but my admitting physician would do any followup work on me, I wouldn't have bothered coming to this clinic. Duh, anyone with a brain would know that. But what about my insurance policy not being accepted at the location wasn't understood? Northwell has to better train their front desk staff, because why are they telling me one thing while the clinical staff are telling me something completely different? It's a waste of my time and my money. Why should my insurance pay anything when nothing was done? I do have some criticism for the clinicians though: I distinctively remember telling the PA I was still experiencing intermitting vaginal bleeding/spotting and somehow on the clinical note she wrote for the visit, she wrote "No vaginal bleeding". Why would you lie about something like that? And she also seemed to think my surgical procedure went perfectly fine because I appeared better than I did in the hospital...but how would she know for certain if she didn't order any bloodwork to check my hcg levels or a sonogram to see if my endometrium lining was looking appropriately thin? It's haphazard clinic care like this that caused me to end up with sepsis in the ER in the first place. Everyone thinks "Oh it should be ok..." without doing the actual clinical work and this is how complications end up happening. I followed up with my PCP clinic and they did way more for me there and billed my insurance for WAY less than this office. It's just utter nonsense. I was hoping to also scout out this clinic for future visits because it's so close to where I live (right next door) but I'm very unimpressed with how things were done during my initial visit, so I won't be coming back.
