I did a session of Piqo4 for treatment of my dark spots in face. The results are quite well. Now the color is much lighter. The treatment specialist is very professional and explained the after care measures too.

I’m obsessed with my new silk lashes! They feel so natural and look amazing, even after a few weeks. Can’t go back to the regular ones. I’ve been getting lash extensions for a long time. I love the way lashes look, but hate how heavy and brittle they get. Silk is much more expensive than other synthetic lashes because it’s weightless, so I’m shocked that Ouie offers their silk for such a reasonable price. Ask for Yoly. She is very experienced and meticulous. I loved how she shaped my lashes exactly the way I wanted.

All staffs are professional. Products are in high quality. After 2 treatments, my face got so much better already. My sister saw my results and we go together now. She was really picky and she likes this place too.

I have never been a fan of any particular spa. However, I have been here for a Casmara facial 3x already. After my 3rd try, I finally decided that I will like to come back again so I decided to buy a 5 facial package with them because not only did I see glowy, hydrated skin right after, but I saw it for the next couple of weeks. Even though I consistently put moisturizer twice a day with quality products, my skin seems to always have a dull complexion. Until I had the Casmara hydrating facial. I have never felt results for such an extended period of time. I've had a different aesthetician each time, and each had their own techniques with massages that felt so refreshing. The environment is very clean, crisp, and comfortable. The staff is extremely professional and accommodating. Many of us know how hard it is to find that IT place for self-care. I'm glad that I have found mine, and it is OUÏE Skin Care.

On January 17, 2025, I made a prepayment of $2,000 to Ouie Skincare. No contract was signed, and I was not provided with a receipt. On the same day, I received a facial treatment and a neck line filler procedure. At the time, I intended to purchase a facial treatment package (I do not recall the exact amount), but due to dissatisfaction with the facial service, the staff converted my purchase into $1,800 of store credit that could be used toward other services. Approximately one month later, I noticed that the neck line filler had been over-injected. While the surface appeared normal, the area felt noticeably raised to the touch. I have attached a medical record from February showing that I consulted a licensed clinic regarding this issue. It is generally accepted that temporary swelling or raised texture is normal within the first week after injection. However, if the issue persists for one to two months, it is typically regarded as overfilling — a technical error. Although the outcome did not cause significant visual disfigurement, I chose not to pursue liability for the mistake. I simply requested a refund of the remaining $1,800 credit and made the decision not to return for further services. However, the clinic has refused to acknowledge the overfilling as a technical issue and declined my refund request. They also implied that I was using this as an excuse to back out of services due to my friends being unable to accompany me to the clinic. This is absolutely ridiculous. This place is very close to my home and extremely convenient. If their technique and service were truly good, why would I stop going there just because I had a falling-out with a friend? Besides that friend is already leaving New York. This reasoning makes no sense at all. The staff sounds unreasonable and unprofessional. I also suspect the individual may not hold the proper license required to perform dermal filler procedures that involve breaking the skin. Definitely not recommend to go.
