Daisy is excellent. I walked in so nervous about cutting off a majority of my hair due to years of damage. I knew Daisy would do an amazing job so I requested her. It came out even better than I had imagined. She is a very lovely person to talk to as well!

The quality, value, kindness and expediency is unmatched. (I had previously tried other locations in the neighborhood.) I have been coming for years for full highlights and a trim -- their work is always thorough yet efficient, plus a lovely shoulder massage after a shampoo. Their strength is in color more than cut, so I would not recommend for more complex hair styling or coloring, but emphatically recommend for typical cuts/colors.

Horrible haircut!!!!!! First and last time coming to this terrible place! I wanted a trim and the guy gave a me a full haircut without my consent!!! my hair was abundant and healthy, so long: almost down to my hips but I ended up with a chopped haircut. Please avoid this hair salon, the guy not even apologize or felt sorry, he was smiling while I was panicking and wondering why he did that to me. Never again!!!

A week ago I had a haircut and balayage with Daisy (left pic). I loved the color, dark base color with natural beige highlights. Then, she suggested to do keratin treatment in a week. So, today was my second appointment. I was in shock when my nice cool beige blond became orange, as well as my strong waves lost its volume completely. After I raised my concerns, I was just told “it’s nice!” and “it’s not a problem”. Besides, they changed more than agreed before. I won’t come back to this place anymore myself.

I said long layers and the guy cut off like half my hair. Please do not come here if you have long hair you’re trying to keep, it’s not worth it.
