Authentic, home-style Sichuan cooking that really delivers on flavor. The Sliced Beef and Ox Tongue in Chili Sauce (夫妻肺片) and the Spicy Crab (香辣蟹) are both standouts—bold, aromatic, and deeply satisfying. That said, I’d recommend opting for the Spicy Shrimp instead of the crab if you’re looking for more substance—there’s not a lot of meat in the crab, despite the great seasoning. The restaurant is newly opened, spotlessly clean, and the service is warm and attentive. The waitress was particularly enthusiastic and quick to respond. A great addition to the local Sichuan food scene.
This Sichuan restaurant is a bit out of the way and hasn’t been widely hyped online yet, but if you go on a weekend, you’ll see how popular it really is—packed from the moment they open at lunch until closing. The food easily explains the crowd. The flavors are very authentic Sichuan, and you can tell the dishes are cooked to order rather than pre-made. Because of that, the pacing is slower than many restaurants, but the wait is absolutely worth it. The spice level also runs on the hotter side, so if you’re sensitive to heat, it’s worth asking the staff to dial it down. Portions are generous, and there’s a lot of attention to detail—you’ll leave full, and you can feel the care the kitchen puts into the small touches. Service is another highlight: the staff are friendly and efficient, which really elevates the overall experience. Highly recommended if you love authentic Sichuan food and don’t mind waiting a bit for higher-quality, made-to-order dishes.

The restaurant specializes in hotpot dishes that are rich in heat and complexity, perfect for spice lovers. The service is friendly and attentive, making it a great choice for anyone craving true Sichuan cuisine.
Authentic Schezuan restaurant in the heart of Flushing. Right in front on one of the entrances to Tangram mall. Felt like I was back in China when eating here. Dishes are Spicy! not for the crowd who cannot tolerate spicy food. Recommend the stir fry beef and pork intestines. Found my new go to Schezuan restaurant since my old favorite closed down. Place is small so prefer 4 adults max. Anymore than that would need to connect tables. Overall 100% recommend if you're into spicy Schezuan food!
Another interesting Szershuan food experience. Home cooking with reasonable prices. Authentic in a way that not overly emphasizeing on the typical Szerchuan sauce, garlic and oil. Strong fermentation flavor could be challwnging for someone who is not familiar with the cuisine. If you want to try an authentic Szerchuan home cooking, this is a must go place! Hightlight for the dinner: Chicken with Xiao mi pepper chicken, mapo tofu and pepper century egg!
