Been living in the area for over 20 years, and they’ve always been my go to spot for Chinese. They seem to have new owners, but nothing’s really changed.

Food was fresh and tasted great. The lady at the counter taking the order was very welcoming and friendly. Great lunch spot for sure with parking right across street.

There are many Chinese food spots in the area and while they are all pretty good, I always come back to this one. The food has always been really good and they have never gotten an order wrong (been a customer for a little under 20 years). The service has always been AMAZING. They know who we are and have always made a point to get to know people in the community. They held it DOWN during the pandemic. That being said, I do believe the owners have changed but the food and service is still great!

I was ordering for the first time over the phone for delivery . I’m a nurse for Northwell. I was in the area visiting a patient home. I’m a traveling nurse. Honestly I didn’t make it to the atm. I just wanted to make sure I have enough cash for my order so I was pricing. The lady taking my order was really rude and annoyed by my questions. I wanted house fried rice and I decided I wanted to order sesame chicken along with my order. And I asked how much . And repetitively she put me on hold and was complaining to someone else that im changing my order . I just wanted to add sesame Chicken and I was just seeing how much more if I added the entree. I only changed my order once. I was very upset about her side gesture so I hung up. She called back and asked me if I still wanted to order and I disappointedly said no because I didn’t want to annoy anyone. And I told her she was really rude and hung up. Never again will I order or tell anyone about this location. Yesterday I was really hungry and I just wanted a good experience in another location. I’m so disappointed. My patient recommended this restaurant and I googled another location with better pricing and better attitude.

This used to be my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant — amazing customer service and delicious food every single time. Sadly, they have new owners now and everything has changed for the worse. The food quality has dropped a lot and honestly tastes nothing like it used to. I wish I could find where the old owners went because their food was actually good and they remembered their loyal customers. The woman who answers the phone now is extremely rude — she literally went back and forth arguing with me over some sauce, and every time I ask to speak to the owner she comes up with some bs excuse I hope she don’t act like this with other ppl cause she is gonna do this to the wronggg person. The whole vibe now just feels money-hungry instead of caring about customers.
