I went to Pandora yesterday and had an amazing experience thanks to the assistant manager Luis. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—not just with me, but also with my mom. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. I originally told him my budget was $300, and because of how well he explained the pieces and helped us choose meaningful items, I confidently walked out with a $450 purchase and I’m extremely happy with it. He truly knows his stuff and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ve had some really bad experiences at the Pandora location in QCM in the past, so I really want to give a big shout-out to this store and especially to Luis for restoring my faith in the brand. This is the level of customer service that makes a difference and keeps customers coming back. Thank you, Luis!

The women who work here are very nice but rush the experience a lot. I was looking at engravings and could tell the saleswoman wanted me to hurry up and kept asking if I saw something I liked when I barely looked at it. Then when the engraving started, I just wanted to look around at what they offered. Before I could confirm what I wanted on the pendant, she put it in the system so now I'm left with something I don't want. The saleswoman messed it up the first time and did let me fix the size of one of the engravings, but I'm still disappointed she wouldn't let me confirm both sides beforehand.

Went to this place for the second time to get my engagement ring polished. My first time was done by a girl which she did a great job. This ring looked shiny and clean. This time around it was done by a guy. The ring wasn’t even shiny. On top of that my finger was getting itchy, swollen, and red. I don’t think this employee used the correct solution to polish the ring. Till this day my ring finger is being affected by whatever chemical he used. Very upset. Never going back there again.

Lying staff? I had one bracelet and charm to return,but I was busy on that day so I had my sister to help me out. When she went there, she was told ONLY the person who purchased the order could make the return! And they said they need my physical ID and physical credit card used on top of the receipt. So next day I went to Time square store, luckily it was the store manger taking care of my return, and I needed to show only the receipt. She also said it doesn’t necessarily have to be the person who purchased it to make the return. What a disgusting behavior! What was the point of lying about it?
