Employee KING made me and my soon to be wife very comfortable with out purchased today. He helped us with a bracelet that need to be replaced and a new bracelet that we purchased. This is a beautiful store , but had some issue picking up an order i placed on line. But niice people working there. Just double check your purchase before you leave.

I walked in to ask a favor. I went for an MRI and needed to remove my necklace. It knotted in one spot in my pocket. I asked if they could help and was told they can only touch their product. I asked if they could lend me a tool so I could do it and was told no. Nothing like no customer compassion and no customer centric behavior. A little kindness goes a long way. This place had none. I won't be returning anytime soon.
