Only Dr. Pankova was able to diagnose what was wrong with me eye. What a relief!!!! The office is spacious, the assistants are polite and helpful, front desk went out of the way to accommodate me. I don’t give good reviews easily, but if you’re looking for a good specialist, go to Dr. Pankova. She really knows what she’s doing. It will save you time and a lot of pain. (If you think about it what matters is that the doctor you’re seeing knows what he/she is doing. ) I’m a very happy patient right now (I found relief after 6 months of suffering.) I highly recommend this doctor!!!

I have had a constant dry eye condition. I heard that this office provides laser treatment for patients with dry eyes. I cannot stress enough how good I am feeling now after just 4 sessions of laser treatment. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Dr Pankova impresses with her confidence and knowledge. She took her time in getting to the root of my problem and made the diagnosis based on only her professional observation and experience. So far her unique approach is making a difference in how I feel today and eases my suffering that lasted several months before I met her. Her medical staff and front desk personnel are absolutely respectful, professional and pleasant. I'm happy and hopeful to get continued medical care at this establishment. Do not trust Dr.Pankova’s billing department. Check every charge, or, you’re screwed. All of a sudden, I received an invoice from the office of Dr. Pankova, for services rendered in 2022, when I had a completely different health insurance, provided to me by the company which doesn’t exist anymore. I have no idea what to do. Dr. Pankova is not reachable and her billing people don’t want to discuss anything, otherwise, they’ll send your information to the collection service. Of course, I’ll have to hire a legal professional, but why? Why someone’s sloppiness should cost ME, not Dr. Pankova, whom I don’t even remember.
