I am very lucky to acquire a relatively new Steinway grand piano from Park Avenue Pianos. Ronen, the owner of Park Avenue Pianos, is very kind and knowledgeable to help me walk through the selection and purchase process. They also provided excellent post-sale services like moving and tuning. The piano is a great investment that brought my family lots of fun. Ronen, a Julliard trained concert pianist, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the pianos he sells. He cares about you needs, the quality of the piano, and will offer technicians to fine tune any adjustments needed and separately have the piano tuned as well. I was introduced to Park Avenue Pianos through my meticulous piano teacher. Ronen strongly recommended that my piano teacher see the pianos as well. We went to several locations with my teacher. She tested out the pianos and made recommendations on the what improvements would be helpful, which were minor. Ronen took notes, agreed and had his technicians fine tune the piano. We purchased a slightly used beautiful Steinway grand piano of the Crown Jewel Collection at a price that is competitive. I did not get this exceptional service anywhere else in New York City – and I shopped around at all the usual piano stores for almost nine months. Ronen and my family are arranging several “salon” type concerts. I believe that not only does he care about obtaining the perfect match of piano for the client and offering a fair price, but he offers a long-term relationship to the clients. I have worked with Ronen and the wonderful team at Park Avenue Pianos for the last two years and have been a fortunate foster parent to three different beautiful Steinway baby grand pianos. As a foster parent, I have witnessed Ronen and his team’s sincere dedication to their pianos and customers first hand. He regularly emails and texts to find out how my current piano sounds and inquires about its responsiveness. Additionally, he frequently sends members of his team to ensure that each piano is optimized to its full potential with adequate tuning, voicing, and regulation. During showings of the pianos, Ronen is exceptionally engaged with the prospective buyer to understand what he/she needs out of a piano in order to find the best fit. In addition to the general business side of Park Avenue Pianos, Ronen and his team often host musical salons in their apartments featuring incredibly talented musicians from Manhattan. I’ve been privileged to attend a few of these events, and it’s such a delight to gather with a group of musically-minded folks to enjoy the raw talent of the performers. Wonderful experience purchasing a Steinway with Park Avenue Pianos. Purchased a 2006 Steinway M. We appreciated that they specialize in young pianos and their team members (especially Cam who we worked with) were helpful in the selection. They were very communicative and accommodating with the delivery. Overall great experience.
