As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by multiple "welcome!"s and "hello!"s from the receptionists in the front. They make sure you're wearing a mask, and sanitize the bottom of your shoes and check your temperature. You wait until your called, to get a massage, hot-pack. air massage, etc. Some of us get another special treatment if necessary, and you can meet with Dr. Ko for adjusting. Afterwards you feel refreshed and the next day you're probably gonna feel a good typa sore. Just keep in mind, you have to get your treatment regularly otherwise the results wont have as much effect. Ima just say, its great.

I came here with my mothers recommendation. 1st i would like to say the staff members get 5 stars, they are super friendly and attentive. I went there 2 times and they already remember you. 2nd i went during the end of covid, so when you walk in they check your temperature and sanitize you with a spray not to mention they gave me a hand sanitizer to take home. My over all experience was super! The massage, the suction cup electronic pulser, oh my lord i could sleep in for forever. My neck feels much better after the doctor cracked it.

I got into a car accident earlier this year and my mom has recommended me to get my treatment done here. The receptionists were really helpful, they guided me along the way of my case. Overall wonderful experience with the treatments and the employees there. Dr. Ko is the best!

The best physician clinic experiences ever, staffs are kind, physicians are professional. As a mechanic, I use my arms and shoulder everyday which caused elbow and shoulder pain. Every time when I visit, it helped alot. Fully satisfied and recommanded to my families & friends.

Dr. Ko, I heard him a lot from my relatives, friends and also from catholic church. Well, of course I do not know him personally, but I can tell that this guy is not a good person. He seems a nice person because I know that he has been done certain volunteer as a physical therapy doctor for catholic church but way that he is talking as well as treating people are definitely enough evidence that he is not truthfully a sincerity person. Do you expect him to be a good physical therapist to patients if he is not a sincerity person? I DOUBT IT!!!!! Updated as of 4.9.24: he is out of professionalism what so ever! He did not show up at volunteer health fair at catholic church without any notices!! what a great manner! I knew that he is that type of person! If you do not at least keep the promise, how are you gonna take care of the patients?Shame on you!
