They are professional, confidential, customer focused. Mr. Naraine and his team have been doing my taxes for the past 28 years. I've referred so many of my friends and associates to him. Not one person have made a complaint about them. One of the best CPAs. Excellent team.

VERY HORRIBLE....I done my taxes here for about 3 years. The last time I did my taxes I asked him how much he charged for the service. He then asked the lady doing the taxes at his office how much im getting in returns and then charged me 350. How do you charge someone based on what there getting back? Try calling to find out how much he charges and got mad at me when I asked him to break it down how he charges. Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else.

We have been doing taxes for over 7years and even sent friends and family. But today clearly shows how less of customer friendly environment and business he runs. Such and insulting and ignorant man when you ask questions. There's a reason your a CPA because the people would have done it if they know how to. Shows how he only wants to collect money and when asked to explain he gets nasty. Take your business else where.

This was my first time filing taxes here. He charged me 190 and when I handed 200$, he was actually annoyed that I wanted my change of $10! He did not want to give me the $10 back lol. This man is ruthless. DO NOT GO TO HIM.

It's been a whole year and I really wasn't going to say anything but now to find out that they did not even file my tax returns including my daughter that was born in 2023 for my taxes last year blows my mind. I have been working with Paul and his company for about 9 years doing my taxes. I did start to notice that the more of an income I got the more he would charge. I know many people charge based on what forms they fill out but my taxes were basically the same, just more money. That was strike one with me. I still continued to go to him and stay loyal. In 2024 and the prior year 2023 he had a young man there working by the name of Adrian. I've never had any lengthy conversation with this man beyond what my taxes were. Shortly after picking up my taxes from them, I received a late text from Adrian asking me what line of work I did. I was very confused because I never gave him my personal number but thought that he got it from my tax records. I politely answered because I thought it had something to do with my taxes. He continued to text me inappropriate things telling me how beautiful I was and so on. He knew that I was married and that I just had a child as well. I ignored his messages and then he started to call me. I also did not answer those and immediately contacted Paul the next day to address the concerns. Paul obviously did nothing about it because I believe that this man still works there. In retaliation to reporting him to Paul, Adrian ended up never filing my taxes or canceled filing it. The day before tax day when I realized it had been almost 2 months of not receiving my refund, I called and within a few days saw that my tax returns were actually submitted to the IRS website. Very unprofessional office as well. I would drop my taxes off with the understanding that they would have them ready within 2 weeks. I would call them 2 and 1/2 to 3 weeks later and they would tell me that I can come in the following day to pick up my taxes. Upon picking up my taxes, they were working on them during that time making me wait. Save yourself the trouble and do not go to this place. I've spoken to other people that feel the same way that have gone to him and are now seeking other places to go.
