Had my 5 year old Pomchi groomed here. Honestly - it’s the best haircut she’s ever had and she has been to so many groomers in almost every borough. Great price, groomer was so sweet and I knew my girl was taken care of. She was all set in only 2 hours. I will definitely be bringing my pups here going forward.

I can't say enough how awesome and gentle they were with our extremely anxious little Chihuahua. No long wait and they made sure she felt safe. I love that they allowed us to wait for her and she was able to see us through the clear glass the entire time. They even massaged her and took little breaks to calm her nerves in between. Every staff member was incredible and made us feel at ease. What a pleasure. This is your place to go. Tails is clean, happy and looking like a million dollars! Thanks again! 💜

They are the absolute best. They take such good care of my dogs when I take them to get groomed. The dogs love them and feel so comfortable being there.
