I am more than delighted, they provide very good service from the girl who receives us, Karen, who is a real sweetheart, to Dr. Edgar Flores. It's a shame that they will no longer be in Corona, but I understand that they will continue with their services.
The people that work there are very friendly.The doctor Edgar-Flores castillo is an amazing doctor
This is a great place and filled with great people. The assistants and the doctor are wonderful people. They are really respectful and attend right away. The receptionist Karen is a wonderful person, understanding, and very cheerful.
My daughter Eboni receives great care at Pediatric Plaza Corona… I am very satisfied…
I’m writing this review with mixed feelings, as my experience with the front office staff at this clinic has unfortunately been negative, while the medical care has been fair. First and foremost, I believe that empathy and patience are fundamental qualities for front office staff in any healthcare setting—especially in a multilingual environment where patients may face language or cultural barriers. However, I’ve observed that some staff members seem to treat patients with a dismissive tone if there’s any sign of misunderstanding or language difficulty. Just because someone speaks both English and Spanish or has an educational background doesn’t justify a lack of patience toward those who are still trying to learn or adapt to the healthcare system. For some patients, navigating healthcare in a second language is already intimidating. A little more understanding and respect would go a long way in making patients and parents feel cared for and valued, rather than dismissed or rushed through the process. Additionally, I would like to highlight the turnaround time for paperwork. In a healthcare setting, where paperwork is essential for timely treatment and documentation, a 2-3 day turnaround time would seem appropriate. Instead, it often feels like paperwork takes much longer than necessary, which delays services for patients. Setting aside just 30 minutes to an hour each day for paperwork processing could make a noticeable improvement and alleviate unnecessary stress for patients. Ultimately, while the doctor provides good care, it’s clear that the front office needs to improve their approach. I hope to see a shift toward more compassionate communication and timely paperwork processing for the benefit of all patients
