Pet Club

I needed Churu treats for kitty and the local big chain store is always out of everything. Pet club has a whole wall full of every kind of treat for your little furry ones. The people who work her are really friendly and helpful. The only down side is that there’s a really strong perfume smell in the store. Not sure why. I think it’d be better without it.

Very clean and convenient place to shop for all your pet shopping needs. This place was initially a odd space with versions biz trying to get noticed. But the pet club did an amazing job remodeling the space to become a shiny gem to the forest hills community. Today was their first day and still have yet to finish the setup. Without price tags on items, it was little difficult to get a feel of how cheap or expensive their items are.

I love coming here to get my dog food! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I even needed a specific food brand that they didn’t have in store and they ordered it for me. Very responsive on instagram, great customer service! Can’t recommend them enough!

The staff is super friendly! They answered query my husband and I had, gave amazing suggestions, and helped us find exactly what we needed. Even the customers coming in and out are lovely and we connect over our furry friends. Such a nice little store that fosters a great community.

UNPROFESSIONAL & IMMATURE MANAGEMENT!!! AVOID THIS STORE!!! I have been a loyal customer here for years, but the level of unprofessionalism has reached an unacceptable point. The store is essentially run by teenagers with little to no supervision and the behavior among staff reflects that. After hearing that one of the young employees had been spreading false gossip about me in the neighborhood, I chose to step back from visiting and spending my money there. Instead of handling the matter privately or professionally, the store’s manager - WHO SHOULD KNOW BETTER - decided to confront me about it and then called me a liar when I explained what had been said. That’s not customer service, that immaturity and harassment inside a place of business! NO customer should be subjected to gossip, personal interrogation or disrespect from employees when they’re simply trying to support the local store. This experience made me deeply uncomfortable and I won’t be returning. Management needs to step in and replace untrained staff with adults who understand boundaries, respect and professionalism!!!
