Wide selection, good prices, one of the few places that had frozen green tripe. Worth the trip to stock up. My dog loves going for all the snacks.

Very kind owner with a well kept inventory of pet food and supplies. Owner kindly explained the health benefits of certain foods and clearly cares for animals. not to mention a kitty heaven!! The sweet store kitties showed us around the store and meowed sweetly for pets. Way better than petco. Recommend!!

I just moved into the neighborhood and was excited to try this pet “superstore” as I have a cat + dog. My 5- year old Aussie absolutely loves the pet store “smells.” The store is huge and offers an array of products but unfortunately the customer service is lacking. The man at the front (who was lovely my first visit) would have his customers wait on line for 10 mins while he discusses the inventory of 1 item with a POTENTIAL customer on the phone. So I asked a young woman who was on the sales floor if they had my item. She looked at me like I was asking the distance from earth to the moon. Once the guy hung up I asked for my item (beef esophagus treats) and he snapped “No!” I mean really? For all the people online, and also those who trekked out in a snowstorm for dog treats, don’t we feel that if you are IN the store, you are the priority customer versus the CALL IN? I feel this store/ employees takes its customers for granted and I will not be shopping here. Too bad because it’s one block from my new place.
