Service is great. They always treat my fur baby with care and love. His cuts are so cute.

Walking in you get a wonderful greeting with their lovable animals hanging out. They know how to groom and know my dogs personality, which is important.. some days are longer than others waiting for him, but that's because they get busy. I would recommend taking your furbaby for a grooming. They also brush teeth.

I have been bringing my fur baby Milo here for over a year and I am completely thankful for their service, not only does my fur son look so handsome but he’s very happy when I pick him up. They do what I ask for and he looks just great! I love it here!!!! Def take your fur babies if you need something done right and with love 💕

They did such a great job with my cat Patriot. Look how cute she is and they even gave her a bandana!! She never lets me put stuff on her so I’m happy she let them do this! Definitely coming back here for her and my other cat in the future!

Terrible, I am extremely devastated seeing my dog like this after my son went there to picked up monovito around 4:00pm he didn’t realize he was like this I got home from work and I noticed he cannot open his eyes, I asked him what happened but of course they don’t pay attention to this not his fault , they took forever to take the dog outside to give it to him he called me while I was working at the airport multiple times to make the payment and until he paid they did not show him my dog , on top of that I was so disappointed not just with his cut they charged me $106 because he went there with long hair and they said a lot of knots and also it wasn’t like that but to make it easier they just cut everything at the end of the day I don’t care about this what I am very worry and concerned its about the situation of my dog, and I’m just trying to know what to do about this .. I have to go to the vet his eyes are red , I feel sorry for him and I don’t want anyone else to go there please, it’s don’t trust this place anymore happened today aug 29/24 the last 2 pics it is my dog before this.
