My dog Bentley went today for a regular check up and got his recommended yearly vaccines. The vet is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. He also help me cut his nails that were very long. It was my first time here, I will definitely come back. The receptionists were awesome also. 👍😄

I've been bringing my goldendoodle to Dr. Jonathan for almost 9 years and he is incredibly professional, easygoing, and knowledgable. My mom even came here with her pets back when the older 2 Biedermans were still practicing so we've trusted them for decades. It is easy to get appointments and the staff are kind. prices are extremely fair. It is evident how much they care for your pets and I will always recommend this practice to others.

The doctors are knowledgeable, attentive, and professional, and test results and medications are always delivered promptly. The front desk is also very attentive and very helpful. Highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner! Pro tip: if you’re visiting for a medical concern, bring a stool sample to save yourself an extra trip.

Wonderful. Brought my two cats here for the first time because they had ringworm. They saw me the same day. Visit was quick and efficient. The vet explained everything simply and gave me multiple courses of action as options, explaining the likely effectiveness of each. They offered multiple types of treatment but didn't push me to buy anything. I don't even think they charged me anything besides the cost of the medications I bought. Will definitely be making this place my regular vet.

After giving my cat a vaccination, I left pet care and back to my car and I noticed smoke coming out of my car. When I opened the door, I saw flames under the seat. I rushed inside to tell the front desk. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave me two cups of water. I successfully put out the fire. Fearing it would flare up again, I went back to ask for two more cups of water, but the lady at the front desk told me that Dr. Jonathan Biederman told her to not give water and I should call 911. Then Dr. Jonathan Biederman came out and said, "This is a veterinary clinic, not a fire station. We can't help you." I swear those were his exact words. I said, "I'm a client, not a stranger. I just want two cups of water. You talking like that makes me feel like I don't want to come back." He said he didn't care. I found his logic strange. If it was just his car, with just a little bit flames .wouldn't he do anything until the fire truck arrived? Thankfully, I later discovered the fire was caused by a lighter in the car. No one was injured, and my car only had minor damage. I believe we all need help. Be kind to others, and you'll receive help in return. Thanks again to the lady at the front desk. She's such a nice person.
