Had a great experience with Petco Grooming. There was a small accident during my dog’s grooming, and the staff told me right away, waived the full grooming fee, and even took my dog to the emergency vet and covered all the costs. The manager stayed with us the whole time and was super caring and responsible. Their attitude really showed that they genuinely care about and love the pets they work with. Stuff happens, but how they handled it truly earned my trust. Would definitely come back.

Excellent store for cats, dogs and all kinds of other pets. Highly recommend for animal lovers. Cute cats for adoption as well. Store is clean with many merchandise and food for pets, as well as veterinarians on site.

This pet store is very popular. Besides being able to see various species of aquatic, terrestrial, and flying animals, you can also buy supplements, food, and snacks, as well as prepared and cooked food for dogs. They also offer veterinary services. The facilities are pleasant.

Very upsetting experience. The groomer, Melissa, was unfriendly from the start. There was no communication during a 3+ hour wait, and I was later told grooming “always takes 4 hours,” which was never disclosed. My dog came back visibly stressed and unhappy. She never even finished his legs and feet! I would not have agreed to this service if I had known four hours wait!. I do not recommend this groomer.

I usually come to this Petco once a week for my animals food and have always found it to be clean and friendly until tonight when I had Kimiko as my cashier the worst I’ve ever had I never even thought that was possible at a Petco. She was super rude when I asked for a receipt and then refused to give me a bag. She said I didn’t ask for one and I would have to pay again, I explained to her that I needed a bag because I bought multiple items and it was a snow storm outside so it wasn’t even reasonable to not offer me one. I didn’t have any cash on me and she wouldn’t give me one she just kept telling me I have to pay even tho it was a see through plastic thin bag that was probably going to break anyway she said they ran out of the paper ones and I needed to pay for this one like it was some type of special bag? This is all while laughing at me the whole time. Very sad experience now I will have to walk far to another pet store with more friendly staff as I wouldn’t trust that person with my animals after how she treated me.
